Terms of sale
These are Harrow Quay's terms for selling works and other items, online, by enquiry or at the gallery. Harrow Quay may update them; the terms on this page when a sale is agreed are the ones that apply to it.
The seller
Harrow Quay, Unit 3, Wharf Lane, London E14 8DQ. Write to info@harrowquay.test.
Prices and availability
Works are offered subject to availability until a sale is confirmed. Where a price is not shown, ask. Tax, shipping and insurance are confirmed before you pay.
Payment and ownership
A sale is confirmed when payment is received. Online, a work is held for you for thirty minutes while you pay. Otherwise payment is due as the invoice says.
A work remains the gallery's property until it has been paid for in full.
Delivery
Shipping, crating and insurance are arranged with you and confirmed before payment. The work is at your risk once it has been delivered, unless agreed otherwise.
Returns and cancellations
If you buy at a distance as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; the gallery will tell you how when it confirms your purchase. A work made or altered to order cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Nothing here limits your rights under the law.
Condition, authenticity and copyright
A condition report is available on request before you buy. Buying a work does not transfer its copyright, which stays with the artist.
