Harrow Quay

Accessibility

Harrow Quay wants this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or voice control.

What the site aims for

The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Pages fit any screen without scrolling sideways, text can be enlarged to twice its size, every link and form works from a keyboard, every picture of a work has a written description, and the colours keep text readable.

Where it may fall short

Some of what the gallery adds may not meet that standard yet: a PDF such as a press release or a CV, a video without captions, or a picture whose description says only the title of the work.

If anything on the site is hard to use, the gallery will give you the same information another way, by email, by phone or in person.

Tell the gallery

Write to info@harrowquay.test. Say which page and what got in the way.
